As I type up this blog post, I fight off (like a ninja!) guilt-ridden speculations that involve finishing two papers due on Thursday.
However, just like my papers, this blog post will remain

Shall I Jump or Gallivant?
I jumped at the chance to suit up in this jumpsuit.
...but have yet to make it a public debut.

{word of the moment}:
gal·li·vant
/ˈgæləˌvænt, ˌgæləˈ[gal-uh-vant, gal-uh-vant]–verb (used without object)
1. to wander about, seeking pleasure or diversion; gad.
2. to go about with members of the opposite sex.

Fairytale!
Once upon a time, there lived a damsel who was neither in distress, or stress (alhamdulillah!).
She did not need to be rescued, ergo, she wasn't distressed. She wasn't stressed either because her midterms had already been written and were done with. She had not had many. Also, she very much enjoyed her classes, and so it seldom felt like studying. Still, this damsel (in this dress), fell victim to procrastination; it was an innate quality of hers, she would soon have to accept this fact. As a new fashion intern at candorstyles.com, she was still procrastinating of her duties...as well as with blogging!
One day, she put her beautiful-blue-leopard-print-wedges-clad feet down...and decided to hold a photoshoot. Of an outfit that she had worn 2 months ago, but still. The point was she had worn it. Why couldn't anyone understand that!? The damsel was now starting to feel distressed. Enlisting the help of her medival wept-sister (meaning, her sister wept a lot and was deemed medival due to her primal ways of acting), she set out to takes photos of her outfit. And lived happily ever after. The End.
Uh, 'kay. Best worst fairtyale ever?! Am I right or am I right? :D
who what wear?
- vintage dress, $1, jet rag
- faux-leather tights, $5, silence + noise, urban behaviour
- blue-leopard-print wedges, $6, ross
Now that is a damsel in distress pose-shmose. |
There are two things you should note blogosphere. Two egotistical things you should note ;).

A Sad/Rad State of Affairs
Long nights.
Fright nights.
Long nights better known as fright nights.
How the hell did this catastrophe ignite?
"Have you done this?" "No."
"Did you finish that?" "No."
"Are you do--?" "No."
No, no, no, no.
A step above the rest, but still below the very best.
Feeling cold, albeit you're wearing a vest.
My days are sprinkled with tiredness
Glazed over with laziness
with heavy doses of productiveness.
A dusting of blah powder, has been generously sprinkled.
We do so much, yet have done so little
Living as a paradox,
we are confined to the limits of a certain box.

♥ English 110 is less than a desirable course, but without it, one would not be inclined to run into such lovely and euphonic quotes such as these.
"I protest that so awful was the transition from the damned crocodile, and the other unutterable monsters and abortions of my dreams, to the sight of innocent human natures and of infancy, that in the mighty and sudden revulsion of my mind, I wept, and could not forbear it, as I kissed their faces."
